Patience

” Young plants can not be forced to grow by stretching them”

Our minds can help us or hurt us. It all depends on how disciplined we are.

I remember when I was about 10 I was waiting with my family for a train at the train station. The train was almost an hour late and we were bored. I remember thinking “well this sucks but what  can I do about it? ” anything else than patience was pointless and I knew that.  So we  just waited and made the best of it.

My mom raised us with sayings like” you have to move on” and ” nothing you can do about it now” so we became resilient. What a great and vital skill. Thanks mom!

Roll with the punches, find your patience and be kind .

We only live ones, don’t you want the best for yourself and others?
